Delete your account

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab and tap Delete account, under Sign out.
2. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and the app signs you out.

This is the fastest path and needs no email from us. It cannot be undone.

By email

1. If you no longer have the app, send a message from the email address on your account to xuberenttechnologies@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Google or Apple, that is the address on that account (or, with Apple's hidden email, any address; we will match it to your display name).
2. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
3. Signing out or deleting the app removes it from your phone but keeps the account until you delete it one of these two ways.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, including any Google or Apple link.
• Your forecasts, positions, token balance, and reputation and accuracy scores.
• Houses you submitted that have not been published, and the photos you uploaded with them.
• Push-notification tokens for your devices.
• Your name from the leaderboard.

What is kept

• The game's ledger, with your name removed. Every token that moved is recorded once so the accounting stays auditable; after deletion those rows no longer point at you.
• Markets that already resolved keep their outcome and their odds history, which never named you.
• Houses you submitted that were published stay in the game, without your name. Email us if you want a photo taken down too.
• Analytics records, with your account removed from them.
