Opt your home out
Short the Ask · free, and the same for every owner
What this does
If you own a home in the game, or are its listing agent, you can ask us not to run a market, odds or forecasts on it. Once we have checked who is asking:
- There is no market, no odds and no forecasting on the home, now or later.
- If a market is already open, we close it and give everyone back exactly what they put in. Nobody gains or loses from it.
- The home comes off our lists and map. Anyone who follows an old link sees the home's public details and one line: “The owner asked us not to run a market on this home.”
It is free, and the same for everyone
Every owner who asks gets the same result. There is no fee, we do not ask why, and it has nothing to do with advertising or any other business with us. If the answer to the question on your home was already on its public listing before you asked (a price cut or an accepted offer), that result stands; everything still open is closed.
Who can ask, and how we check
The owner of the home, or the listing agent or brokerage on its current listing. We check the name against the county property record, or the agent against the listing. If we cannot match it, we write back and ask for something that shows it is you, such as an email from the listing agent. This keeps anyone else from closing a market on a home that is not theirs.
How long it lasts
It stays with the home, not the listing, so it carries on if the home is relisted or someone suggests it again. An owner can ask us to lift it the same way; nothing reopens by itself after that.
Send a request
Or by email
Write to xuberenttechnologies@gmail.com with the home's address, your name, and whether you are the owner or the listing agent. It is the same request and gets the same answer.
